How to Join

Membership Requirements

To be eligible to join a NPHC organization, you must:

  • have UA enrollment 

  • attend the NPHC Convocation during the school year of interest 

  • meet individual chapter requirements

 

Students interested in joining a NPHC organization should visit the chapter's national website regarding specific membership requirements. 

Convocation

There is a $10 fee to attend Convocation and all proceeds benefit the NPHC S.T.R.O.N.G. Scholarship Fund. Fall 2021 convocation main sessions will be held August 29, 2021 at 4:00pm and 6:30pm in North Lawn. Ticket link sales for main sessions will go live June 1 - August 25th. Makeup session will be held August 31, 2021 at 6:00pm in the Ferg room 3104. Ticket link sales for makeup session will go live August 26 - 30th.

S.T.R.O.N.G Scholarship

This scholarship is a pillar that all NPHC organizations were founded upon. It is in this spirit that we grant five UA students with a five hundred dollar scholarship. Non-Greek and Greek affiliated students with a minimum GPA of 2.75 may apply. Applicants must be eligible to receive the scholarship the next consecutive semester.
